1. Feeling Thirsty

Thirst doesn’t come first. Feeling thirsty and craving a drink is usually the first symptom that prompts action, but thirst is frequently one of the more advanced signs of dehydration.

If you feel thirsty, drink some water immediately. Your body will have been giving you other signs of dehydration that you didn’t recognize or act upon – don’t ignore this one!

2. Dry Eyes

Eyes feeling dry and sore? If you use a computer or screen for a few hours every day, you might be tempted to blame your work or study. Not unreasonable, but did you know that dehydration might be responsible for those scratchy, itchy eyes and blurry vision?

Drinking the right amount of water every day is awesome for optimizing your overall health. When you do, you’ll notice the difference in so many different ways.

3. Headaches

Here’s a thing: your brain is just as sensitive to the effects of dehydration as the rest of your body. When you’re dehydrated, the most vital organ in your body shrinks away slightly from the protective walls of your skull.

The effects of dehydration can make you feel confused and irritable and can cause painful headaches. If this is you, grab a glass of water fast!

4. Exhaustion

Dehydration makes you feel tired. It can turn an average day into one that’s a struggle to get through.

If you find yourself slumped at your desk at work, yawning and unable to concentrate on simple tasks, then don’t delay: reach for a glass of hydrogen water and feel your natural energy returning.

5. Dark Urine

Take a peek at your urine. Healthy urine is the color of pale straw or just very slightly darker or lighter, depending on what you may have eaten. If your urine is dark in color, this can be a sign of dehydration.

Checking your urine may seem a little odd, but don’t skip it – it’s a useful barometer of hydration health!

6. Feeling Confused

Dehydration definitely affects our mental faculties. If you’re dehydrated then you might find it harder to make decisions or focus on tasks at work.

Drink Tyent Water for its ultra-hydrating qualities and get back on top of your brain game.
